What we collect

Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, the neighbourhood or city your project is in, the type of work, your timeline, and anything you write in the project note.

We do not ask for and do not want financial details, identification numbers, or anything else of that nature. Never send them through this form.

What we use it for

To reply to your enquiry, arrange a walkthrough, and prepare a quote. That is the whole purpose.

We do not sell it, rent it, or pass it to anyone outside the people working on your enquiry. We do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to us by email through a third-party sending service, and the site itself is served by a hosting provider. Both process the data on our behalf in order to deliver it.

Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are kept by the host for security and diagnostics.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not turn into work are kept while they are still current and then deleted. Records connected to a project we carried out are kept as long as we need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action it.

Under Canadian privacy law you may also raise a concern with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada if you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information.
